Someone came to this blog by searching for wolves chase sleigh.
Isn't there a whole world conjured up in just those three words?
We want to read that story.
Quick, somebody write it.

This short story has also been provided by twitter. Do I win some cake? 'Once upon a time a wolf chased a sleigh. There were nice christian ladies in the sleigh, but the wolf nommed them all dead.'
I wonder if they were looking for "The Wolves of Willoughby Chase"? (though I must admit the Onion connection escapes me!)
Me wanty to read that story. As soon as you've published it, let me know. I bet you'll do an awesome job on the cover!
There's a scene in Wolves of Willoughby Chase...oh, I see Kate has beat me to it. But yes. Wolves. A sleigh.
My capcha thingy is shavers. As in those girls had close shavers with those wolvers.
"When your parents let your pre-existing siblings choose your first name a substantial part of who you will be is defined by their adolescent interests, interests which for them are only ever passing, but for you become permanent. In the weeks before I was born my sister had become devoted to the Animal Channel and her little brother's name was set in her heart."
I have a horrible feeling Sarah Palin already has written that story...
Sophie - That's a beautiful story. But sadly due to the religious themes it does not suit our list at this time. We wish you luck in placing your 140-word story elsewhere.
Kate and Penni - I have to admit I have not read The Wolves of Willoughby Chase. Now I want to though.
Judith - Oh let's hope SP resigned as governor in order to pursue her dream of being a kids book author. I can definitely see a market for a primary school geography text titled I Can See Russia From My House
